Pudding Recipe

1. Melt and mix cream cheese with sugar (around 80C)
L9 I! {: q) C; a; h2. Add mixture of eggs with 1.. z7 S5 u. n7 L
3. Add warm milk, mix until sugar melt completely( v$ f& H. } \
4. Filter out the solid stuffs (important step,不然烤好會一粒一粒的)
7 I8 w! b$ c) G3 t0 W5. Preheat ovan to 170C(~340F), bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water

Whipping cream 300ml

egg yolk 5
) r' q, x" e) d) Osugar 40g+30g+ d/ m( B6 f1 V8 d* N$ k) K
vanilla extract 1/2tsp
$ T7 k+ b2 m% J! N: L) K8 ~- P
' c9 D' V) Y0 Q' Q7 P3 W) e5 d1. heat milk and wipping cream to almost boiled* b( i' d1 u/ J- f
2. beat egg yolk with 30g sugar
! S% J6 A( @, D( ^' ?5 q3. add 1 with 2 with another 40g sugar (kinda too sweet for me)8 \. Z0 H/ O6 }$ L9 S0 [ D
4. add with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, mix well
, B3 V$ m6 V0 C' \7 w$ A7 ] C5. Preheat ovan to 170C, bake for 40mins on the baking tray with water$ L$ o. p1 K3 M" \

喜歡硬Q點的放幾個全蛋
! y* B- u0 [ w有蛋白就會比較凝固

不知道那個步驟出了錯
