outlook 2007 快速增加联系人

outlook express 有自动添加联系人的功能，但是microsoft outlook 把这个功能被取消了，说是垃圾邮件太多没有自动添加的必要。习惯了contact book，没有不是很方便。西人网站有这种 add in但是收费不菲。而手动添加一项一项的也比较麻烦，一个相对比较省事的方法是从邮件里添加联系人，具体方法如下：

3 _0 E* y  O3 I6 A1.Open the email message from the person you want to add

5 {' C( H" B/ k5 p2 P1 Q# G2 r* t2.In the From field, right click the name of the individual you wish to add to Contacts select Add to Outlook Contacts
The Contact dialog box appears with some information completed for you.

3.Complete or edit the remaining text boxes as desired
HINT: To move between fields, press [Tab].

4.To save this contact's information, click SAVE & CLOSE
OR
; R2 \! a: b7 J( U* JTo save this contact's information and add a new contact, click SAVE & NEW
