我对西南地区不太了解, 请问住在西南的屯民, 哪个好?

后院朝南, Walkout basement 没做, 面向Walking Trail. 2008年建的.

The first one is newer but on a smaller lot, walkout basement is more desirable however a downside does exist-- buried high pressured gas line under the green belt/walking trail (if my memory is right). The 2nd one is older in age but located in a good area. By viewing the photos, its maintenance looks fine, if carpeting is the only issue, just replace it and you will be fine.

Explosion? Burst? Leaks?  chance is very minimal but gas line is there and I just don't feel comfortable. My philosophy is: there are so many fishes in the water, why pick this one? Same reason for not choosing to live near Hi-voltage Power lines/towers.
