院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享( O! }8 G. f! [. |! X

1 Q! Y7 `; p; r( o1 nS'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
/ l/ m# |1 O7 ~: I5 H! Q& _$ c0 g1 cup water 250 ml ) m: d7 M0 p/ w6 b
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml 9 F1 K, ?( `% J& `
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
! v3 b& Q% L# N1 j' zjuice of 1 lemon* 1

$ ^5 i6 _ X9 W) QPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.0 b7 O" A* C* N9 K$ l/ a/ g
