院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml ! R& ]8 d0 w; ]% |6 B
1 cup water 250 ml
$ S% l. [+ Z8 ]- @2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml ; s) B: E+ W' [( G( U) p
1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.7 h4 b; I. {. V3 j1 ^2 `" M7 _4 x
