院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享/ `1 ?1 l) A1 I6 v z! ]2 _# S- ^4 u

- p' z7 n5 c% ]0 K3 cups saskatoons 750 ml
3 I! B6 L# Q0 C7 c6 U. ~1 cup water 250 ml * |, X0 h+ Z8 U' W" p2 K# s
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
' d8 O0 X( [1 i, n8 L# t& {1/2 cup sugar 125 ml
& [0 @- n/ L3 Z& L, Wjuice of 1 lemon* 1 ; |* e, C3 e4 G/ t5 v- T
o9 A" v/ _: b& n0 WPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool., a& S6 z9 ]* h, g2 Y" e& V
