院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE " t. n2 Q8 u# S" n9 [& n' u

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml

3 R5 D4 l! ]5 X2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1

5 z0 E# s+ q% Y1 Y& `5 d/ f: jPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool. M, d4 t) k2 P: ?' [/ L1 |& q2 R7 g
