院子里的浆果熟了,劳工说这是nanjing cherry, 没听说过,我就找了一个saskatoon的果酱方子。做出来很像山楂糕的味道,但是酸甜更可口,可抱着瓶子大吃,与有心人分享

S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE
- y/ Q4 Y. h, H4 ~ # C$ \& R* r* ]- V
3 cups saskatoons 750 ml : u4 g+ H% E" I# T1 M( S" I W
1 cup water 250 ml 7 C) c% y6 U: o* o' i3 W* k8 @5 l+ |) |
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml
2 v* i+ d; x3 ] S8 }4 p' ~1/2 cup sugar 125 ml

Place saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.
