S'TOONS 'N STUFF FARM SASKATOON SAUCE 1 a) i0 ~1 F f! |' p3 s

3 cups saskatoons 750 ml 5 W4 E5 E4 i! P
1 cup water 250 ml 4 s+ j3 ^- \5 m1 n a4 R7 P' W
2 Tbsp. corn starch 30 ml

juice of 1 lemon* 1

/ I. t) D) O( k" d( _1 IPlace saskatoons in saucepan with water and bring to boil. Simmer 5 minutes, slightly crush berries with a potato masher. Blend cornstarch and sugar, add slowly to saskatoons, and boil until thick and clear. Add lemon juice and cool.$ T2 \( g9 j# \- a+ P1 E
