Job Duties / Responsibilities z; D- A% T! S# ~! ^) a
• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) ; w+ T( J3 |6 u9 }3 b& T Z
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.! O3 f) n' n, E( V
• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
& ]5 ~; }( P; u1 N• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
, ?4 J7 b9 z- Z# ]: M• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; 5 l, r, P* Z1 h$ l2 `- f
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities; % K$ G# ] E7 M A# X2 D7 N1 T
• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).3 k# N1 {" h* c1 @6 f

Education / Experience
5 [, Y' X& @. @2 T1 U, b/ `• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; . ?9 ]! l4 l9 h* {3 f
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
! s' Z' R- l0 G, ^$ x• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; ' J& Y L3 p& _5 t* U F1 W
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
