. I$ O* H; O- ^; E3 L* y" |• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) 5 V v4 R! }' t
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
6 ]; R, |) `5 e2 N% ^+ K• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award. 7 w; E/ ~- j4 u5 Y9 ~$ P
• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;
" f. T5 w% D& W1 b+ `( R7 T m• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; + {3 U* _) n0 f1 N0 b/ `0 k, O
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;

Education / Experience
' v4 b) b+ ^2 O2 o• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce;
) d4 d& \/ E3 S8 f& F$ r• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
2 A2 {$ d% }6 a6 d* n& f |• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; ! Z- Q+ l9 X1 S8 w$ z) B
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
