/ N6 v% b _4 L3 U+ T" D• Negotiate contracts for best overall value (cost, quality) - W& n) C }# k6 I: W) e+ P# m
• Evaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.
( p! ?7 S1 s4 M2 G3 N• Create bid packages (Tenders, RFP¿s, RFQ¿s, RFI¿s, etc) and assist in evaluation of bid documents with recommendations to award.
1 K' U* u3 ?2 k• Ensure contract compliance with SOX and the organization¿s business process requirements;6 ?& i1 Q* @: R* Y" ~, P- n
• Resolve issues raised and ensure full execution, internal and external distribution and systems updates; 3 o$ Q- G' @- @2 k5 T" a
• Perform applicable post contract award management activities;
8 {+ C9 x s1 @* D. C• Deployment of existing company systems for Tendering and Contract Management activities (ProCon, SAP, etc.).

Education / Experience, h! d/ p9 K+ h. p$ e
• Post secondary education in any of the following: Law, Business, Finance, Accounting, and Commerce; 1 q3 Z2 z. p8 b
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills;
( k4 V/ s; Q% e; `- n0 S' P• Ability to prioritize and adapt to change with professional etiquette is a must; 0 e2 f& U: L& B2 x+ V0 u7 k
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications and SAP. |
