C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
4 m. H/ f9 G  n+ ~Duties:
1 ^3 k. p9 k  W& v+ z# ~- a•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
+ L* ?" n$ _/ n( h0 g" I" @( R: f•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
0 K: m/ Z+ n' J' d1 u% @0 M4 |•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
6 c% x5 J: g  a$ e•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
# |& @) S* L( @7 C' `•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
" n' Z/ J! P* o) s0 Q, g' W8 H9 J; ~•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
5 K( M$ t: _, V  O  _& \1 z/ j7 p•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
2 J- @; I' O1 o2 k2 g& c•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
- }" j+ _& x. z" Z1 Q0 D•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
% M: e: ?; i9 f& Q•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
  p4 x5 m$ q( b7 I5 R: |•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
3 y' j7 g1 W# D•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
; ?( @# N2 S$ v8 y/ Z2 S& Q•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
' I0 B# w1 L3 MDesirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
