C# Systems Analyst

6 r$ p0 v2 q& D* a1 yC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
3 e. z  R1 y$ x) l. E2 sDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
2 C' C5 j  n# w% w: Q•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
( R0 U) o% @) g8 E: e4 n•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
8 y+ e6 _& I) ^, J•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
6 l8 g+ m# k* `3 w2 {•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
$ y* t) \, Q. _9 D) N•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
7 J% x& W% E, c•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)

& I7 y1 w6 r. I•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
