C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
! N$ E3 n! ^8 |0 A# }2 `Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
1 g! m5 @  E, X7 M" p' b•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
( j2 n' R& Q0 @0 `+ k4 p•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
' i/ c: G) k7 p2 ?" p•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
5 c6 X) k% W8 G9 P•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
8 `) _7 ~, x( i( `) T•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
9 ]1 v9 g) Z$ R' A; ?7 U& Z# l•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
5 X7 M8 A8 o  q. i•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
( p) P$ O0 O* f: R4 e( b% p•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
$ S7 e2 U( X3 `* k) z•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
. U6 n+ W- g5 }( {  C  x) I& g•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
, I7 j) {3 s8 B3 y3 h•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
2 P' D: ^2 d$ I•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
