3 }& I! `0 s8 P+ v, ]C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
5 L/ `  O2 P% M0 S& r& t0 dDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
# a, D7 W0 \, `2 G•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
" i% T1 W! P0 y- q, C3 ~+ V: l: ~•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
) A2 H5 }$ [0 o/ Z9 [# q•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
( L9 M- g' I. q& @, D•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
4 ?$ l; Z2 u+ J$ J' U•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
$ {3 ~1 g: O5 P; B5 s. a•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
; ~! W. m1 }$ L. N•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
9 C+ a3 G" V0 K/ z, E0 T5 Y•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
  A' H- d5 {* g! U7 Q•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
7 ?6 v" k# U/ P* ?* w' g0 C•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
6 P% @* ~% X3 S! n' f•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
