. N+ |+ J2 v- ]6 lC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
) H7 ~  v& y- k* q2 P•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
% z) x. r$ c) m2 j1 i8 t•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
- ]0 i& J2 i/ P( ?5 {" j•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
/ Q! A+ D+ s8 p( \$ t& d; }•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
% w* m* B7 x8 |+ J•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
8 ?" }' T2 `  }) P6 r•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
9 S) e' {( ]2 s; t+ j' S8 u•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
$ ~3 f; `. n7 c7 z2 H; V3 F2 o0 S, k•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
- }8 W% D- R5 X7 p" v  i9 l•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
% R1 |* v: W3 ]4 u8 |- A! N! G7 u•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
4 f8 {, `1 v% k4 A1 TDesirable Requirements:
! F6 m- x# k' b8 h/ i•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
