C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
( k: v: o0 D+ L4 b•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
% G. \' q0 U3 W) [+ F•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
, Z: a9 T% t9 \6 b5 n( Z•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
' M7 M) @. d" W* P: n7 F) w% L•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
7 d, N; N5 ]& Y$ O+ eMandatory Requirements:
4 b1 b6 X. d+ t( ^- u" Z•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
4 @. s0 s! r9 V9 H, p: S/ i•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
- m. Q7 O- U# s  H0 [•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
; p* W1 X6 F6 f( d+ B•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
