C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
! Q) B( m* A3 ]Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
' c% F) E+ b0 p2 a6 R7 L•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
1 ^* u8 l; z5 m2 J2 r0 ~5 |3 t0 @•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
  U; K7 y- `7 I+ C+ T•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
' L  n: E  B' ^% p2 h9 x* E•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
& N3 G- q5 n& y•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
5 e) Z/ z. {3 J& S•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
* M1 o7 X# y+ G- ~•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
9 k" J( y. p7 |# p•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
* n4 f" y/ V1 a•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
