6 r$ p0 v2 q& D* a1 yC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.

• Gathering and documenting requirements; ( I; v7 L5 `7 J, z( }# k
• Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users; 3 t, K, P. s5 C/ P" O
• Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
2 C' C5 j n# w% w: Q• Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
( R0 U) o% @) g8 E: e4 n• Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing; , H ^5 V, ?7 v/ [* q2 G9 F" W; D
• Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes; - h/ Q2 p" ], S
• Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
8 y+ e6 _& I) ^, J• Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
6 l8 g+ m# k* `3 w2 {• Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis; ) p& U% [% e' \ |6 f
• Developing and maintaining application documentation; and 9 }( Y+ @4 X0 t. {
• Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.0 Y* a! Q: u- p
Mandatory Requirements:" f9 n5 v) E+ @7 ^0 |# Y
• 3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
$ y* t) \, Q. _9 D) N• 4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.; X& s1 C! G5 f0 W( ~* u: }$ |& z4 B2 i
• 3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.% V: f, ]) R+ g- {
• 3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.6 p, J9 _# y1 E& m9 {: F; n5 c
• 3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.$ e/ n! c+ c; P% M# Q9 {2 S) H
• 3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
7 J% x& W% E, c• 3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
