• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
9 n% |& a$ L3 e" [& j• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
2 ^2 G+ a3 j( R) n& @* s( M5 W1 G• SAP match reporting and monthly management
6 @) l- B6 a* i) V, ]0 X+ H2 a7 M! f• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
' [, S5 o6 o+ Q- v6 c- k1 C• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
+ P8 ?6 P X2 ?5 j* K• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.( d* @6 h9 Q/ I3 }4 @
• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.( l4 z- b5 q! S4 S
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.8 R* {; x- w9 E; ^/ Y" Y$ J9 C, V

• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)/ N0 v9 W% U" _
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.' h6 N1 Q) W+ L$ w& V1 {
• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.' I3 F( I" Q" m' j+ U
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.

• Grade 12 or equivalent |+ l7 Z/ ]6 e4 W5 G' d1 A1 M
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
0 f( G7 \/ z! S9 F- o- Y• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
7 U% t7 D- K0 f' o$ o3 h- Y• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
