• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.+ D& K9 j8 z6 q# i" J) c
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.

) Q: ^" @) d3 z( X• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
# V$ S' v, G) z. d+ Z P9 V: e$ N• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.

Education / Experience
' h# W# W# i" u3 L- r• Grade 12 or equivalent- a- E; n, R: ^1 u% h4 E% F
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
& v4 l# P% L1 V& r0 `• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
7 f( ?2 L7 N9 c: z: p• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater! A: F5 z: g! n. g+ o* i5 X
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. ( w+ y: m+ p8 H( U" W
• Attention to detail is required.
