Job Duties / Responsibilities
+ J% B, o! } W* ^! B• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
) B0 C! z. D% d/ P# R+ v• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
! P f/ P) l3 E! B5 E7 F• SAP match reporting and monthly management8 o" U b* l: `+ `) Z
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.
& x/ J- e/ o$ a3 }# n. Q• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.3 B) U/ B# l. [6 O: t( ]- d" U1 `% i
• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
+ O3 W5 V, X/ x6 Y6 i* ^ ?( }' t• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator.
m( t. x2 x; A- p0 d• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
$ x. G+ _: v5 i o, d• Order business cards as required.
( i& g# X, P. x$ N2 E• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)

• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training+ r6 C% x% Z; F. ?# w$ |

• Grade 12 or equivalent7 d+ c) O# b) r" Y: |
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)5 ^7 s; M: ]$ I C: p& B( x
• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
$ p" o0 F' P. A/ C& P: t• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater# q5 K6 L! {+ b+ W8 Y! z) r, G
• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential.
