Job Duties / Responsibilities
3 w3 g, g% [' \: y4 @: w3 K6 F• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.3 p/ K& Q! u7 L
• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
% a0 W7 k" Z/ Q7 R' Q0 _• SAP match reporting and monthly management
" C0 S m: R2 O; N/ _% p0 N• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.

• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.

Education / Experience
+ [. N ~6 {! R2 o3 U) H$ n• Grade 12 or equivalent
+ \4 y; h1 Z; k; g9 R J3 L q• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)

• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater& s- O% P" |( s7 H5 z- x1 @
