Job Duties / Responsibilities
: X2 x0 r4 [7 {( d/ Q% L( \6 Y7 m• Preparation of meeting agendas and taking minutes as required.
|3 P$ W0 K* a" l• Preparation (formatting, compilation) of Monthly reports/Warehouse management (BW) monthly reports.
; {6 `" T7 `: f/ m. _3 K• SAP match reporting and monthly management+ @- t! [. i7 q4 A- j( @
• Responsible for coordination and organization of office needs and supplies.$ D U$ O- J1 \9 C" b/ S8 i
• Organization of company functions/luncheons as required.
" f8 { y, A( A• Coordinate network ID / requests for new hires, internal orientations.
4 a& C* y4 W& [5 Z7 b• Train new Visa card holders ¿ Visa Administrator., S8 _& E# _1 D- P% H. p* S
• Preparation of Monthly Visa Statements.
1 ~8 `6 n' x# ~! H5 l. C• Order business cards as required.
9 W1 X+ g8 s+ c/ W) X• Maintain contact list, employee files (including expenses)- ^- B4 B- e/ e' K$ w
• Prepare travel approvals, books accommodations / meeting rooms / luncheons.
: W+ M, _8 z# s0 e( t1 C• General filing, phones, mail distribution incoming / outgoing, mail shipping & receiving / distribution of material, courier tracking.4 p, ?+ R3 D+ [ l
• Vacation relief for other administrative staff.
8 K4 U% q0 M! r. u6 B• Preparation, organization and record keeper for Maintenance Department training

Education / Experience
# h2 e' O' e' y3 V) d1 _9 H• Grade 12 or equivalent
5 K0 n* A* v! [• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Calendar)
. w* |; m. x% y/ M9 w( U• 3-5 years of related administrative experience
3 ~& X7 Q. n- L U• Keyboarding Skills ¿ 50 w.p.m or greater
: D0 u; Z; T$ x8 B/ _• A high level of discretion, confidentiality, and reliability is essential. % ^& o" H) P% _# b# J
• Attention to detail is required.
