This role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
6 ?6 E  G4 R7 T# ]. e6 [" ]• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
7 b$ X8 \" K( b• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
# B. L1 A5 _* l5 n. }3 ^• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
- C$ u, z+ Q. U  Z" X9 X. Z% h• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

Education / Experience
3 h2 E) Q5 U: l- M6 n* t6 N0 f• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
5 W- V- ]4 I+ e0 T9 a9 R- P• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
0 z8 T2 K* v8 L: T  ^• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
