Job Duties / Responsibilities
! d! `* S; F& X( CThis role is responsible for the following activities representing  site:
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel
. w9 j; p" q, U! Q6 v• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams
• Autocad and Microstation drafting
. Y' O# s( s5 D7 J• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables
2 ^( Z: n! ^9 R/ L  r4 J• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.

; [' B/ A3 _+ N9 ], q5 h6 v• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
" S8 [6 x' T% W2 x- l8 X: v' U; E• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
& j2 U9 l; B" Z" S( r; S. M• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required
• Experience with Livelink, Smart Plant Electrical and Smart Plant P&ID will be considered an asset
• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset.
