0 R  |. \3 `/ ~) VThis program is for immigrants and members of visible minorities who have an interest in a career in law enforcement.

Start date: November 2, 2009 End date: March 31, 2010.
Programs run from Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm

  O" P6 N3 p* P( ^7 fYou must be/have:
• Alberta High School Diploma (or equivalent)
/ q* I5 ]' i% X4 q" G: m: ?; r% R• Unemployed or underemployed
) Q/ o0 P$ {! U: C6 L  f8 T9 K) m• Minimum 18 years of age
• Good moral character
8 V/ W# `- T. d! }• Good health and physical condition
• Good written and verbal communication skills – must be at a CLB 6+
) H- [. d: U; N+ \  U' y2 {• Must possess a valid class 5 driver’s license
1 ~& C6 u- ?; P9 F( H• No criminal convictions for which a pardon has not been granted
1 y* ^8 ~; ~) T7 i• Eligible for financial assistance, or willing to pay tuition
