* H* o& i5 l9 f- KWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.

• Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
/ [7 j) }3 a/ i$ w$ a• Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings 7 l% f! f* }; a. D0 ^$ C% f
• Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach ! c" K( L2 \; y/ @# K2 r7 s
• Promoting TBL products and services
: M1 f/ x' t2 l• Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
+ j4 s e( }; l! L• Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
2 [& W0 G5 L6 `: x8 j. ]• Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta

• Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program % y9 J/ e8 D- c4 J t4 A' x/ \
• Arranging catering for various meetings
& H5 F$ n8 u- B( c+ X• Opening and closing of The Business Link Office

• Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience 7 y' D' r& C- J: K& [6 I& G: S
• Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling( p- n: p3 W8 i+ q, L; ]
• College Certificate or Diploma in related field.
