Our mandate is to provide access to information and resources that will assist entrepreneurs and the small business community to start and grow their business. The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.3 o; c3 u' g, M

% ?8 e# o7 s3 B, ZWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.2 O+ X) t2 ]( }# }+ T

) n8 V" J& G' S3 K) n1 a•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations
) Y7 }, q" |) B( J, f•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings ( w- p' d! k& u( {
•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach   k3 v+ ~" C/ N
•        Promoting TBL products and services
  L7 n5 R6 V( y0 K•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance 1 Z( {8 Z( J0 b3 q! {
•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables : ~5 o- c- ^4 [9 I. U8 T+ b
•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
4 I) J4 n6 h7 V2 z. z% m•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry* P5 `( I* S3 m. I
•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times   u, `) w- V5 l& h( |2 V
•        Other duties as assigned.

•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience

•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.1 T9 {! ^) n: v# P% K4 R. I* v1 T
