The Business Link’s toll-free business information line, web-based services, innovative uses of video conferencing technologies, and walk-in centers in Edmonton and Calgary ensure clients throughout Alberta have access to our many resources.

3 b( T3 F" }8 e1 p% ^3 v& G0 hWe are currently looking for a Client Services Representative to assist us with welcoming clients to our centre, recommending services based on their inquiry, coordinating office maintenance, administrative duties, and data entry.( D$ c) H& X6 m% ~' ~0 |- ^0 O

Position Summary; I6 `  n8 `2 e' b7 k
5 ]' ?6 z$ w4 O' v7 O& \, N
•        Providing exceptional client service to walk-in and phone clients of The Business Link and tenant organizations * g7 U% D9 d6 s
•        Keeping calendar of events up to date including arrangement and acceptance of new bookings and successful completion of scheduled meetings ) ~' z1 h4 H/ J- ?; E# H9 W
•        Working closely with the Business Marketing Officer to ensure that the front desk displays are in compliance with TBL’s marketing approach 1 I& H8 F( ^4 G; q5 D7 U
•        Promoting TBL products and services
  ~& W/ v" K9 O( M' K3 M5 k% v•        Accurately processing sales and performing daily cash balance
( v& U5 Z: S) }•        Providing appropriate paperwork to account payables and receivables
% X, }. r# M& G5 q8 E( Z•        Taking part in team and individual projects that will contribute to efficient provision of TBL’s services across Alberta
! ?9 k' b/ s) A: C3 s•        Keeping accurate tracking of client interactions – data entry0 S) {$ N  M9 d6 g1 r7 @: N' V( ?) m9 V
•        Assisting with administration of the Guest Advisor Program

•        Opening and closing of The Business Link Office
$ n. L# k( n7 a: f$ I•        Ensuring that the front desk and boardrooms are clean, tidy, and stocked with supplies at all times 8 {$ r8 [' k# C4 X; f* |3 \$ N
•        Other duties as assigned.

6 i+ |8 z0 z0 D3 M# J  V& A/ M•        Minimum 2 years of Customer service experience ! V3 U; G# h5 o4 U
•        Administrative experience including reception, cash register, and scheduling
1 i  P1 Z" u$ V3 y. s; U! G- X% {•        College Certificate or Diploma in related field.

        Professional, diplomatic and  self-starter( q4 t# q! |) k8 |/ [  E" h. v! Q
        Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
* e1 U7 c0 q8 D% O+ V! z        Problem solving skills to define problems and recommend practical solutions
1 ], ~5 ?. t) R' N        Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
9 E: X7 v+ ?, C9 ]( B; C8 P        Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking abilities
