Job Description:
Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- C+ q& z+ a6 _# y0 @) W& u) ~! ]Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
, _6 L8 M, B$ _0 F4 r9 hAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
, u& p( J, X" j& x2 I9 eResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
" O7 @# y# e/ F! R  [Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
$ m+ N2 O3 L/ [* p- A$ u# N% DHire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:
! S8 J( J+ Q$ o! h
        Completion of secondary school is required
) z/ x: E4 v8 `" m6 `- B- s         1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
