7 b# \$ y: K3 O# L2 G; MSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
2 s# z( q) S2 m- @6 iAuthorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
" ~" h8 V. f; vSell merchandise to customers
1 V' H; d4 u% O) e0 E9 h- X1 P, xResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
% b% s4 r# {3 I, S! t& sPrepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
