out of province inspection and modification

I have an United States vehicle and need to have out of country and out of province inspection, and some modifications. I went to Ford Dealer, and they told me that the modification of daytime running lights need to around CAD 600.
1 V% w, m8 B2 a+ \6 f5 BDoes someone recommend a good and cheaper place to such modification?

9 A6 k' c* Q5 `8 kAnother question: Could someone recommend a good Ford Dealer or other shop that can do good mechanic job and also the price is much more reasonable?
