1 Y3 n$ T8 {" JWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

1 F1 K3 p7 k* l8 i( M! OEducational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
, q$ x; s, S8 m. c; J, a1 P        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
5 ~9 r& G! J& d        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
. M2 `4 ^7 F- V2 M        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
