Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
. `; b1 i4 l0 Y) ^' Y        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

  Y  _7 }! T% C7 s3 HOther requirements:
& R4 n- e' R3 T) Y        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
- v% B7 I0 }5 r        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
" ^. H1 |1 W) r% [        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
% o7 ~! R: G) u6 d& S        Procurement and service contract management;
9 J3 x. i, o2 Y5 @        General building management;
/ `$ P9 R2 k* A6 O2 W        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
