+ G  o5 y7 D* L0 R1 mWe are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

# {1 e7 M0 X1 }2 Z/ ^Educational requirement:  
        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
/ D2 i- v0 Z- z/ ^& c        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

5 w( g9 C4 [: |4 `  R+ `Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;

* ]8 w8 ^4 Y/ P; W5 C' Z5 |        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
6 v1 ?+ l8 `5 |        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
