We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
/ s5 c. Z+ P; p9 s/ v  \% _        University Degree, or
. H# F: o' N1 e* A9 t        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
& H7 {  h: q9 ~; A' p! U        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
# [+ G' n4 q6 M+ y        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
; F) s: l- y: }* @% R# K% g        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
) Q- @+ c* x; i% `0 S& n2 Z        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
