Police arrest two men after complaint of smelly truck carrying 1,500 pot plants

; d0 p, p# H) d% M/ `; } LPolice say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.

Police say there were up to 1,500 mature marijuana plants tied in bundles inside the van.
