Police arrest two men after complaint of smelly truck carrying 1,500 pot plants

Police say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana., \% l1 Q3 R1 r' ?7 a7 A: Z
