Job Description:
2 U; e1 z8 c' ySupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
; h% B9 A' C$ f: H. ~Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules " Y% F2 I- k1 ]$ V% R
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
! o& {$ q% C9 V0 i% TSell merchandise to customers
, `$ R5 ]/ y sResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages 6 [9 B( e# u' S+ y3 g/ \3 G
Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise

Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
