Job Duties / Responsibilities
• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

- M5 V  O: r9 `2 }• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
8 q; f- q8 e4 P9 N- K9 N4 P) ?distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
- a! p! r+ Y& g* s  }" [- E4 D5 Xplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
3 K  J% T7 w0 ]; y5 K• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
2 D2 n! n! e  V. x7 P: P) |• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
; M% ~. @* f, T• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
3 O% `$ c( Y8 f( G: H; b• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
! m; G" w9 _5 n0 S0 g• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

- j+ `- v( {3 L7 K' n  G• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
6 h( x8 W$ Z7 r$ _: J6 L, E! K• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
4 n+ Q% n6 x# E- Qresolution.
' @( C0 P+ p0 l' z: o2 X: W• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
& I& {4 H$ b6 `! S0 ?0 ^1 v3 S2 h- \$ Q9 O• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
0 D( t4 _' R3 k/ ]' w1 w• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
( Y8 ?; y! T- j• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
' }6 F2 s/ f, \) ?; V• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.

6 }5 f5 q9 X; q! [( D  F3 E• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment

- i* I$ d8 G+ C4 P• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
$ Q& c! Z6 I$ g* _' E• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
$ b! k8 w3 H4 f2 [& V$ M• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
7 p0 }0 C" a" M& E: }- s( P• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
8 V; a9 o# r$ e4 u• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
% T) |! {3 m+ Y1 _• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
