• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.

; R' r- v' g, N9 i7 B0 s Q5 N• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.

• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.* u3 ~1 ?3 T: k& d! A- [
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 3 p, S9 ?! e% v. l
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 3 b5 G3 g E/ s( Q
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
. W, L/ e' ]1 l$ M• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.

• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.

• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
2 x4 R% P* t! D4 `$ O' [• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.: A% _" X2 v- k
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
$ ^0 b, Q8 H ^% g* l& L2 g" |0 @• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. ( K$ Z2 a6 N. D1 L; y
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.

• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
' F- M& i4 @- L3 Q6 v, E6 q4 O• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
4 L7 m9 O7 o$ r% ?# a3 k( V• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

• Grade 12 / GED.
$ u2 h* z2 @; F5 Q• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. * V# `9 Q2 t- s: |+ I/ b' }# U
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 5 H* G) G2 u5 C9 H
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
4 [6 Q5 v: r2 o" Q; D• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
" z- ?! S( ^, D- d# F* S• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
. g( S0 P7 l" B- m& l" c4 m• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
