• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an

• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
& f `6 r3 ]/ |3 H• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
- A7 I) w+ f5 v4 I• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
+ ~$ s! k |& y' y P% e• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. 0 g4 n. B F0 t9 l8 L% `! u( B
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. ( _) N+ J9 K2 R$ u; f
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
X& @: J$ F. y g7 G! m• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
# Q' g3 n( {6 F$ z" t( i• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 9 f+ I. n% G5 m# S ~2 j
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
7 L; ^, N8 f! _3 l! c' J/ R• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.5 _* t0 G( }; b$ u" N& W0 }
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user./ l) `' `! [$ h# I. e
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
) @ P* p9 A5 ~0 G; |) H• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.1 G6 O) O4 H+ a; c0 o, d
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP." Q8 C9 K3 F6 S# u" e6 w! D6 U
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for$ S, Z$ N4 Q+ n' w! O1 l

• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.: O7 M) j) t7 G- E; d
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
; z. t2 ^+ l6 N% q) z) l: d• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.+ @( K2 N% J+ W1 |% C
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.& i8 c: N9 F8 b1 n/ M9 D6 m9 @7 W6 A
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.) I0 X: X8 w7 T+ j" f
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. : M. ^8 t! |7 d6 G" C
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.

• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
1 m& Y4 ^" h, }0 U6 F6 E! i3 L• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory. x: G, T; w7 W; b( U
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

4 c% D0 n v# m$ W9 i$ Z9 XEducation / Experience" r; W- d" ?- s2 S& z
• Grade 12 / GED.
; n+ V2 i( Y1 J; N `, A4 j7 Q• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
8 e; X( a4 U7 Z' b( M" V• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. ; j- M& J q$ z3 p3 g, j% I
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
; F' K0 J2 Q& p; j) h; ~0 h' H• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
3 ]3 e% a6 U! A& t& F• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
2 n( u/ q8 c0 H% _• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
