• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.

! R" |+ s, `; g4 H& o$ W• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. ' t6 O5 p w) Z8 v8 B# e
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
' v9 Q9 M3 s) z, l• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods. ! }4 a- y! A/ v4 I/ G
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
9 i& [8 K4 G0 v7 Z A• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.( b* C) W2 d: R
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
9 x" p) K4 C# ?* ?# e7 i" p3 Z• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 9 z, y& ^* r! f
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.$ v8 \1 H0 r5 ^
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
, C/ [) _5 w+ e; j6 r9 J• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
( p+ X" k2 A& M3 a. }/ N• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.* \ d1 N: @( M! _6 b C* B
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.9 j( V* _! y& D! }# r
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for, |/ c$ W! {( j" I# l$ @* F
resolution.
7 u+ B" d2 \/ b/ \, M% D• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.$ D8 ^4 m8 _' L0 Q0 L# `. C! D$ c
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.1 y$ C* I4 r8 k) ?4 p# K" K5 I
• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.8 f/ l: s* B6 j C; J* j
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.' n0 S& B; V. C8 s
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.% c5 h" }" U# E9 j" D) V) T
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods. 9 M S, X6 d+ L) _+ y, w
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.* p4 q1 u7 x5 H' a, l
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment & Z' F& i1 {% B
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. # D! c& z3 u5 Q
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.) [3 G/ w8 J/ @8 J3 `! [9 i! A6 ?6 Z
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

0 v( ~6 o! q8 a6 wEducation / Experience. J( _% k; K4 |" m
• Grade 12 / GED.
% |% |; a) B: |0 H$ ]• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel. , i5 G6 P5 z! t) T% D8 |+ s& S( t
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
1 ~. {+ m- E) o6 Q• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 4 T3 Q A; r9 i, b w. {$ z: M' }, b& A
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
- S8 A: Y- k8 e, H• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
! M# R! K, f* O+ `2 r• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
