• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G. , u2 l7 q& z, ~
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
+ t; d$ |- [& [' R( H% s) ]• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
@' w# f/ i9 q# s4 J• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system. 7 l3 z& d6 ^1 ?: J( {. C* f8 h% j2 c+ [
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner. 6 _, e8 ~& d0 o; H6 ^$ y
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.7 Q8 {- a3 V1 v6 a8 n+ f+ M
• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.3 t$ I( M2 P8 j
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required. W0 i9 |# M* m; t: T
• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.( |- c6 }3 n& z) g6 B* r
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
" z: {4 r4 {3 B• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for

• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
0 G; U3 {' c0 j$ k) c• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.4 u7 B2 D, P0 x6 _- g- x$ L
• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.4 H1 X3 \, d3 [4 l% A
• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.; C6 S P* c9 Y/ d0 i
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner

• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.

• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
( X0 H, p! Z9 {• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.3 e/ s: _8 M- e1 v3 ?( f
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.! Q9 ^7 t2 L* T9 e$ M5 o# O
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

( g+ K1 @3 y$ C1 n4 BEducation / Experience
0 ^6 i3 g% c2 v$ P% O7 ~• Grade 12 / GED. 4 x% b( h- ~ o
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
; P5 V" ~$ z) Q$ p% U• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written. 8 e2 Y. V( d8 u. X' h
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. 7 Y8 x$ w' w2 r' t
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. 9 F/ S8 e6 D5 r+ |3 r0 a
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.5 D% @! R5 d5 K2 Z
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
