Drill Bit Repair Technician
4 E! ]  X" y) K9 A$15.00/hour starting wage
Temporary to permanent position
International oil & gas company
2 x4 r0 }. e0 Z5 ^) bSouth side of Edmonton

As a Drill Bit Repair Technician your duties would include:
& J* a& Z1 R/ X' L0 J# I0 K*Setting up and operating machines and tools for drill bit repair
$ M" h' X- g3 b$ c( F+ `- T*Read and interrupt blueprints to build and repair according to product specifications
*Cleaning, quality inspecting, painting, pricing and shipping drill bits
*Practicing total quality management and safety processes
: a& r" o) Q  m4 f  f$ K*Driving 3/4 tonne truck for hot-shot deliveries (minimal aspect of position)
; |& ~* n7 ~" m( |7 m; g& E3 C

Requirements:
*Minimum Grade 12 or G.E.D. equivalent
*Reliable vehicle is required
9 p# k& }2 }2 `*PC literate in Windows 95/98 and Microsoft Office 97
& p: v% `- I' b/ c*Proven team player with a positive attitude
6 I; V% |) \& w  ?, `/ N9 t*Motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
! E7 B* p( b  H; W1 L*Machining and welding experience an asset
*Knowledge of drilling operations an asset
*H2S and First Aid certification an asset
