A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. This is a position that requires strong customer service skills, as it works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to provide the best possible information and assistance.

• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries

• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

Administration

• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
- U& X& E/ B3 B* T* J" B• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency ( K9 k, W7 i# _9 U/ E4 T! [7 v
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration

• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution

Qualifications:( p1 [0 w: z f8 }
/ u2 p& N" j/ W% I# Z( b# a• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures
1 E! `7 g4 K$ _& r2 q r3 R• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
) I5 F; M6 t' ~9 ]7 w- m$ u I• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
