Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof./ ~: X/ ?7 F/ L9 X0 [' N, T$ n) t

A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.

其实很多东西的价格在这里的mark up太多了,所以才造成大家觉着东西那么贵。# k7 {/ r0 P a& m; m
, _5 b: I0 `' [; L我们的房子除了洗手间是tile之外,其余房间都是实木地板,是很好的实木地板。但是我们的地板价格算下来比地毯还便宜,原因就是我们自己进口的。另外自己安装大部分,省了很多人工费用。& w x1 t: y2 N0 z8 q, t. t

这几天没有精力,回头我会把我盖房的成本发出来,并详细分析哪些还是可以省下来的。
