$ I  I( X2 n; y放在Oven里面，用500度，烘烤2小时，然后用锤子轻轻地一敲，全部成粉末。绝对管用！

Good way but don't need 500c. You also can use microwave.
Remember: Try to make it as dry as you can, then, you can smash it.
