4 Multicultural Summer Camp Program Staff

5 ~8 v6 A, [% pKey Responsibilities Include:
8 Z9 A& F# C e+ XActivity Planning and Daily Activity8 N4 X/ H2 g( g9 A) o
• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.
7 b6 T% X! m/ n$ \# X; _3 E' ?• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring.
# x9 h5 z) _8 ^4 [/ B" v/ r- e• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball, 1 ~& [4 {9 @: e" k% D; x& f
• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants." @$ x% H" k& |$ {1 D- ?
• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
1 P$ K, ^3 X/ F1 Q: T. S1 b• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.

The successful candidate will have:
2 @* ]' M1 `5 h! S' F• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting) y) G% h% ~2 X: O% ]* Z
• Experience with children: Y3 V# G! ?. l9 P" C4 r$ h7 m5 Q4 C
• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth 4 q! t' ~( O- X. r0 w* ~
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.: ?8 e( P* N) }; M
• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.

; U: v) _" m4 A" L7 E• Documentation of a clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check
