(10 week @ 35 hours a week contract. Must be returning to school)

Activity Planning and Daily Activity! `- e0 V- @& w, O1 _$ ?! |. U+ s6 p
• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.1 l1 a4 v; f! E7 [9 R% ?, f
• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring. 9 K7 b( i4 U; _6 I
• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball,
$ B) s! r0 b2 b1 I% B. {• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.+ ?4 `* q/ F( A/ l/ o
• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.4 X$ V4 i- E' B/ ^7 X
• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.# r3 _* h; K p( }# x1 A% E

The successful candidate will have:) K' d2 J3 b9 n$ ]" e+ _8 S* B2 \
• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
# c3 o% K, |. ]; a! l3 u; T• Experience with children
! J& \: \- q( h• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth , S3 y" x O/ u& r2 S
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.! h# W. S$ T- v
• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.9 z% h% ], l: ^+ y3 s" y% A
• Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
