7月9日，早晨坐飞机到LA ， 中午开车4个小时350公里到 lone pine, CA，camping at Lone Pine or Whitney portal. 5 h. x: j& a6 i, J7 h: v& M& w; }" [+ B# m

7 月10日 走 mount whitney trail. From whitney portal (2548m) to trail camp(3700m). distance 10.1km. 爬升 1100米 早休息，尽量避免高山反应。

9 P; ~$ \. p( R" V/ w7月11日，早起， 上午登顶mount whitney, distance 8km, 爬升800米(4500m)。中午短暂休息后，下撤，避免下午的storm, 出trail. 当天在lone pine休整， 住motel 或camping at onion valley.

2 Rae lakes loop (through kearsarge pass) (如果从king's canyon 走开车得绕5个小时）

7月13日，from charlotte lake to sphinx cross, distance 20km ! }8 F: Z9 C- N( Y8 L* h

7月15日， from upper paradise valley to rae lake, distance 22 km
