对房产经纪比较感兴趣，请教各位，如何取得证书，爱民通有相应的学校么？对英语有特殊要求么？谢谢

6 F1 z8 y! C' p4 ^# b& p2 r; z( e要上三期课，考5次试（第三期分为三门课，考3次），70分以上算是通过。要求高中以上学历，英语倒是没有要求托福成绩之类的，但上课和考试的时候都是英文，不能带字典。爱城有专门的培训学校，具体情况看这里：
