3 L/ p( l8 A% x5 B! RWe're seeking a highly-motivated, enthusiastic & reliable team player who, working under the direction of the Board of Directors, will oversee community programming & assist with the operation of the community centre.
2 e, \7 a& \: v1 f' i4 Q* a) ?1 R0 ^, D- F0 |/ ]! [9 W W) x, f
Responsibilities: oversee programming; facility requirements, advertising, registration and instructor contracts; assist with rentals: advertising, bookings, contracts, inspections and customer service; assist with the development and implementation of a marketing plan related to facility operation; direct staff and volunteers in regards to programs & facility operation.

PLUS: write reports/recommend policy around facility operation to the board; develop resources & resource material in the area of community programming & facility operation; plan/implement leisure needs assessment, trends research & public consultation, then recommend strategies to provide enhanced customer service. $ p5 [3 j0 A& {! e3 n$ s- D8 T
" f7 ^; E4 V$ M; v, F: LRequirements: A post-secondary diploma/degree is preferred. Experience in programming and administration is essential. You have proven analytical and problem solving skills. You must be innovative, creative/work well on your own. 8 v$ e6 o, k$ E

In addition: you have a strong customer service orientation, demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, collaborative/communication skills, and the ability to work positively-effectively in a team environment.
