有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。: ~! t: F0 Z8 j7 p; x" h

做noodle的面要和得硬一些,可以加个鸡蛋在里面。
