My parent in law made noodle at home. And as Edmonton is very dry, the noodle is easily dry up. It's very good . F: A1 Z l- L9 w g2 w% i& C" F- D6 N

有noodle machine的话,面大致揉成团就行了,分成小块在机器里多过几遍就可以了,不需要费劲用手揉。& p2 v. _% u. B/ G' ~4 ~4 J
