BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING

This is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.
7 _% e- g0 I6 q) }. n, n
These small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.  
     
Topics covered include:
        Natural Birth Control Methods
% @$ F6 w! n9 Q3 g   Barrier Methods
6 s  f/ b/ o* |   Hormonal Methods
  b  V/ Q/ `6 F% ?7 Z                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
                 Canada
