Control panel -- Date, time, language and rigional options -- add another language--languages--details --Add Chinese(PRC)* b/ j9 Z& w' O7 ~: Y1 W' C
, }4 R- L0 {$ pA "language bar help" icon (shown as a question-mark icon)then appears on my desktop bottom bar instead of language bar. I can do nothing further. # R) ~$ d# t+ I2 e4 g; J8 d3 u 4 O, w0 j- G& A) wI am desperated! Anyone can advise? Thanks!!

I think so, i can see i have two keyboard inputs now, but the problem is that i can not shift to Chinese when i press Alt-Shift
