The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department.  The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload.  The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities., n" D+ e+ U6 F: d6 g' n. h# Y

Job Duties/Responsibilities:! z/ f" ^4 Y8 g
•        Human Resources Management
5 _8 z# ~, C4 F# x: X; j6 c•        Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities ) A5 F( ~# x$ k# ?: a2 G- X, F
•        Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors
: e4 d/ R; M9 p* ]' l+ a•        Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
  @. R0 S: R3 d7 p# ~•        Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet         requirements for delivery of services; C$ s7 e. Y. h  w# ?" e0 r6 h4 c8 U
•        Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

Program Delivery
9 M, v4 @3 q& ?+ n! t4 h' q•        Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program $ Q7 _: Y& y5 |5 w! \
•        Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes. ?  ^' b) B( @# v& ~/ P9 g0 O
•        Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required
2 g$ a. [7 K0 \3 J' z•        Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication

•        Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department' n# D1 i. s. o8 k
•        Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program1 }; z% `( u4 ]3 G
•        Implement service modification, as required

" r- V6 F! ^; b$ y& D•        Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director- G: ^( {+ C& S; m4 n# N# J! d2 d
•        Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review# D% R' Y9 R3 n; Z7 b1 e
•        Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required# y4 p& G! y1 w9 ]9 D0 q

/ z2 N  `/ r1 c  y5 u* v9 d& A•        Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
, e: O( n9 `3 t7 S( M# A3 R•        Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
% f! I9 T5 n* f: C( J; O•        Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience
( Y) i9 x& J0 k•        Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations
' z" D1 A5 E( Q; c) F•        Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population- T! W4 k3 m7 a% ^2 C2 @! @
•        Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
