The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.- i4 _2 P* Q; g; w

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.7 x% }; T6 _: K2 ]

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities 6 G* }3 D/ z; k2 h1 q7 b$ l
• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors / l" @7 u* c, b& |/ t6 b
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities* X0 I# t7 `9 e3 ~0 y% j
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services1 R' K1 Z- S% e X. Q
• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities

( E) t; a1 p: t$ ^• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program 5 D3 H& f; B g/ o# T
• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
- U' U3 X- P* B! n* Y; `+ q- f: x• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required/ e" Q/ ~4 K4 {- {
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication( [8 q8 K/ x/ h! Q- V, b' D( K
• Review service action plans and support programs as requested& n: g2 D: N" d
• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department
) B- r* v. g5 A% x, A• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director$ ?8 t) H( j1 r+ t. L' a
• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review

• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field. {) O8 x: h& a7 B" h
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities
$ h% T v' O0 g; n• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience

• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population6 U3 p2 z9 n) i5 y
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
