summer of 2009. FAVA is a non-profit, charitable organization whose mandate is to

FAVA serves members with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, ranging from ) y6 S d J7 u; ?: R: Y% c+ Q

and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a ' y; L9 g: d& J; {0 u5 l+ C$ A
resource for production equipment and post-production facilities; hosts events and

; ?" Q1 W; f9 A+ ^FAVA staff by organizing and updating two libraries: the film, video and digital library; as % ]$ w( w: ^4 {9 D9 W% a" _
well as the script, magazine and book library. , g0 v+ B2 r+ Q$ E H+ v

- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library ( S. p. a" p4 Y5 H: L
- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books

- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure

- Applicants must be unemployed and attending (or have recently completed) a post-

- A passionate interest in film, video and media arts * ]$ m/ [9 c- z7 k2 |% ]
- Strong organizational skills

- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
