CSSA Spring Trip to Jasper on May 21, 22, and 23.

CSSA will organize a Spring Trip to Jasper from May 21 to 23, 2005.
Activities include sight viewing, canoeing at Jasper Park Lodge, and
+ u$ z1 i$ m: x0 Bhot
& m0 f$ n$ I/ h3 O8 dspring at Miette Hot Springs.
We will go to Jasper by mini-van rented by CSSA and driven by CSSA
Volunteers.
. j* I9 K) ]/ }We'll stay there for two nights. Accommodations are arranged by CSSA.

Day One
9 X; c1 T& O. \$ r4 O; h-        Ride to Jasper by mini-van.(7 people per minivan)
-        Canoeing at Jasper Park Lodge.($35 per canoe per hour and $25 per

hour)(Each canoe can hold 3 people at most.)
. v' j) S: T& K+ i5 i-        Hot spring in Jasper for the evening.(Usually hot spring costs about

person. So it's not that expensive. And after knowing how many people

I can work on a group price for us. So sign up for this activity. If
you are
% c' k' e4 n# p* gnot going, you could also have a little visit in Jasper town while

morning .
7 ?0 w/ |: J: X6 `/ LAnd we'll do the Malign Boat Cruises.(I'll take us 90 minutes round
trip. It's
0 x" [, p$ R2 S9 d7 P, r$35 per adult and $17.5 per child(6-12years old)). If you haven't done
this
before, I strongly recommend you to do so.
-        Stays the night in Jasper and no activities in day 2's evening so
that you
could visit the town by yourself, or go to the bar and have a drink or

Day Three
; M9 j- x( v4 U- @5 ~" F-        Sight-viewing in Jasper continues.

van on

-        Travel needs.
: P1 o* c/ {% Z" D-        Swim suit if you want to do Hot Spring.
-       Sun glasses and sun screen to protect your eyes and skin.
-       Camera. It's beautiful in the mountain in the spring.
5 p; k4 x2 a% H# ]2 e-       Bring some warm clothes since it's still cool in the mountain

- P7 u& I; f- v2 `7 g" Ulate May. And we also will go to the Columbia Ice Field so warm clothes

; n/ W+ g/ ~  R9 `  u0 Yshoes are definitely needed.
-       Wear comfort shoes cause we'll do lots of walking and of course
0 V; ^; X  ^' l4 b' pdrving.(But you won't need to worry about the driving).
-       We won't take care of the food for you, but we'll stop at
places where
there are food at lunch or dinner hour, so you could have something to
( e/ N7 x. G: b2 B! |- I! Eeat.
Feel free to bring your own food. (Like instant noodles.) (There is an
IGA in
: ~2 [8 ?4 z: X. f, ~Jasper, so you could always buy food there if you need.)

Cost: $160, this price includes your share of car rentals, gas,
two-night
accommodation in jasper, and national park entrance tickets, and it
excludes
, d! h( j: n: l6 }& ^. ?' f3 tthe hot-spring, the canoeing, and the maligne Boat Cruises).
Hot Spring ticket was about $6 in total according to last year's price.
Canoeing is $35 per canoe per hour, $25 per half an hour.
  e) a" |/ d% h- L4 JMaligne Boat Cruises are $35 per adult and $17.5 per child(6-12 years
old).
When we come back from the trip, according to the expenses we'll return
