' d0 s# e3 v' }# WHousing Program Worker

Key Responsibilities:
6 {+ v0 X7 s. L" K. a To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
4 s9 p* _  [/ J' h% l' i  \$ ? To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
1 K% d/ F( X7 ~# W" a$ q: j To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
, G* m( T/ a& j, }' I Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
! Z' e+ N- D2 e2 z3 d" ?: U7 q Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
: h1 v* z% w" w5 O3 u Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
