Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

Time        9:30am – 11:30am
. p9 K+ \5 s- W& I2 _Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
) |0 x0 G+ `' q5 {Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

' f) O4 f# }+ E7 F  `: L1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
: j( N" Z, M: x, q& A, A2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
