Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton
+ f6 X4 u, b3 ]6 P: RDate        May 14, 2005 (Saturday)
Time        9:30am – 11:30am
' N- x4 R% k; {! M# oPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
0 \4 D! a8 S. g. M! N+ |Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
  G+ x0 E/ n& B& l1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
3 g& A. H& ]9 F9 Q" ~3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
. q$ N& l  I; q& R; w3 ]5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

: p: w5 A( V; H+ j1 y: P$ c7 L$ FWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
