* x, p0 o0 S0 c+ M8 [, APrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

* d7 ]" O7 Z( m& [1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
1 ]9 O) U. [- t7 E) J2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
# ?( M( T- e6 A& N3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
. ]9 j1 I4 P- R$ w/ l4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

) s1 H; }, |7 t' IFee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
