Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
" x7 r* d( l2 _, t- Organize focus group(s)
- \1 z7 X3 U8 [3 t1 P  f- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
$ z: [. }# J* ]! @) l- Provide orientation for parents
5 |0 q" C/ i* i( ^0 q8 ?- Find sponsors to enhance program
$ b7 Y% n1 Q" g# G/ N- Supervise volunteer(s)
3 K* D- B* L7 C. R' m7 Q- Prepare final report for funding agency

6 D6 F/ C# x) v9 @' p' E- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
- good computer skills

- ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Other

- must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense
