- Organize, plan, and facilitate the Children’s Summer Program 7 N% q& m, @ V& E# M
(ages 6 to 15)
9 `8 _( r7 g9 F8 V$ X5 }2 I. Y- Recruit children for summer programs
, \: ]. o9 d& f _- b- Recruit volunteers for summer programs
7 G* e. b9 q: d, J1 v& q- Record keeping
+ A1 E9 \0 I0 d, K( m- Provide orientation for parents
G( y% q) v% }* z- Prepare final end of summer report for funding agency7 Q F; }- x1 a# v( A: I
- Act according to the guidance or direction of the Senior Program Manager

: N4 s) x" Z$ OQualifications:
2 n* {7 O+ C6 Z+ G, x, U- Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education- c5 _9 m4 f. j: n Z! v+ k, e
- Should have direct experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children0 @2 E" H$ C7 t* `. N
- Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
0 s! A K$ V! h @- Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities, r3 ]8 G3 w' m& f0 q8 ]. J# ]0 } ?6 F
- Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
/ j8 z. o- l( y* b2 l- Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
6 M: v- d- C6 F- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense; E$ y2 v/ a$ g Q/ o
