Job Description
Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator
Responsibilities:
  [) d! B2 X, d4 T! o6 z* l- Organize focus group(s)
- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
- Recruit children for summer program
% p9 e7 V$ ]6 `6 w- Provide orientation for parents
9 T0 e0 O( j9 l' q2 J- Find sponsors to enhance program
6 W) F; A) h8 Y, V. }! ^! v- Supervise volunteer(s)
- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:
5 x# c: H& \: E6 V' x7 j
- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- i0 J: ?/ U: @5 E3 ?- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
( |4 ~. v; l' o* D  a$ @: W- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
$ ?, A" }" I$ y$ V+ H+ ^' W- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
' `7 s' u; D0 `, E$ ?7 \- good computer skills
& b/ Y: M0 f1 V  V$ t6 r- leadership abilities
