5 Q, E; W1 f6 v$ t7 Y2 ~" R其实这个规则未必人人清楚，但是有投诉只好有处理。

我决心判下去，还在于被告的发言在这里颇不妥当，煽风点火的味道很重，不单单是个禁言期间发言的问题。
