We require an enthusiastic, details-oriented Project Assistant for the successful development and delivery of an interesting, fast-paced project.

. @5 S: L- h' E. ]1 X6 T0 ZDuties may include, but are not limited to: performing general office administration duties (drafting documents/reports, preparing & maintaining files, inputting-updating financial records); undertaking research; converting prepared information into various formats (e.g. interactive/static); responding to a variety of inquiries; liaising with charitable sector organizations.3 G1 p+ r% Q8 V' O2 x/ @: U5 x8 s
" a9 B4 ?; j- @You possess: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong communication and organizational skills; demonstrated knowledge of office administration, basic bookkeeping procedures, and computer skills (MS Office and Adobe InDesign); ability to multitask; good attention to detail; professional demeanour.9 p) f* V7 Y$ o% G: q
" v" m* T$ g, A' o" M* z6 R$ k; ?PLUS: ability to work independently; sensitivity to deadlines; experience drafting documents/working in web-based environment essential; volunteer or work experience with nonprofit/voluntary organizations an asset; understanding charities' obligations a bonus.
