如果撞车造成给对方的损失超过了一千快。

对方说必须要去警察局要张NOTICE才能在BODYSHOP修车。。。

我不想走保险。。。

想问的问题是。。。

1)如果对方去警察局要修车NOTICE的时候，警察会不会通知我的保险公司？（因为我们想私了）

2)因为错在我方，他通知警察局后警察是否再会给我一张不遵守交通的TICKET.

3)万一警察通知了保险公司，但我们都认可私了，不用保险公司出一分钱，我的保费还会再涨吗？

不是高手，谈谈个人经验。保险公司都可以接受私了的解决办法，关键是当事人能不能接受。如果完全私了，保险没有涨的理由，也不会因为这个原因涨。超过千元的损失一定要报警，警察给违章方开罚单的可能性当然有，不过即使警方通知了保险公司，但是你们私了了，警方的报告和没有报告都一样。

不是高手，根据自己去警察局的经验，那次我的车被撞报废了。

警方不会通知你都保险公司，需要自己或者对方通知。
我觉得警察给你开罚单都可能性比较小。
我上次被撞，我们去了警察局，对方那个人带都保险都过期了，也没有收到罚单呀？
警察局只管备案，然后给双方一个修理车身都单子，其他他们就不怎么管了。

2有可能，前几天有个帖子的人自己违规u turn，然后撞了，去警察做报告的时候，给了他一张罚单。
3不会，保险公司不出钱就不会涨保险。但是如果你被开罚单，然后减分了，就不一定了。

写报告的时候肯定说我是责任方，和违规方。所以要看那时候警察心情好不好了。。。

另外如果我的车没有损失1000块，我需要和她一起去警察局写报告拿NOTICE吗？
听对方的语气好像是说我不需要和她一起去。。。

we are required to report all collisions to the police where persons have been
injured , killed or where the overall damage exceeds $1,000. This means
the combinded damages to all vehicles, property and animals

eg. your vehicle damage is 500
the second vehicle damage is 501
500+501=1001
then you need to report to police

听对方的语气 ...

你可以和她一起去，一式3分，你一份，她一份，警察一份。或者让她自己去，会头给你一份就行，反正错在你，她怎么描述也不重要了，只要别故意给你找罚单就行了。

if you are thinking to settle the damage among yourselves.
make sure you have the other driver to sign a letter that
release you from any financial responsibility from the crash.
otherwise this driver could come back to you for more claim, such
as injury, within the next two years. then you will be very screw.

usually most reputable bodyshop will not repair your car with
damage that is over $1000 unless with the police sticker.
but there are other bodyshop that is short
of business that they will do anything for you, even fill in the
bullet holes.

you do not need to be at the police station with the other driver at the same time.
but you must fill in your half of the statement and collision report. if you fail
to go, then police will phone you to come in.
if the police start writing you a ticket,
try to sweet talk the police officer, be very polite.
tell the officer you already learned your lesson.
also tell the officer that you are paying the damage out from
your own pocket. it already caused you many thousands of $$$.
if i get this ticket, my insurance co. will raise my rate,
then it will causes me more $$$.
i promise to be a very safe and cautious driver from now on,
please give me a chance.
i think that is your main concern, is that ticket.
it will be on your driving record for three years plus demerit points as well.

请教马路兄，如果我也去POLICE STATION 做HALF REPORT的时候，他是当场给我罚单，还是会给我寄过来。

usually the police will give you the ticket right on the spot.
but of course you are still innocent until you pay the ticket.
eventhough you have the ticket, you can still bargain with
the prosecutor for lesser charge.

请问是去指定的警察局写REPORT还是找个离家近的就可以了。。。？？？

去写REPORT时候需要带些什么资料？需要对方的车牌号和驾照号还有保险号吗？

还是只需要写我自己的infor?

it is your half of the collision report, therefore you do not
need any info from the other driver.
you need to bring your vehicle registration, insurance and
your operator licence.
you can go the nearest police station to your home.
but preferably if you know which police station the other driver went
to, then you go to the same one. that will make the police work
more smoothly.

ps: could you educate us on what caused the car crash, so we can
all learn from your mistakes.
