买大学区的condo，希望大家给个建议

最近agent给我看了一个一室一厅的Condo，是大学区的，靠近大学区的SAFEWAY，价格在20万，比较旧，但是高层，混凝土结构的，大家觉得这个价格合理吗？

如果这个价钱合理的话，那我们可能5年之后离开爱民顿，现在担心到时候买不出这个价格。

再讲讲价。
大家都在等着降价，但估计大学区的房子不会降多少，且20万的房子价格波动不会很大，再算上租房子的钱，还可以的。
  H0 }, `" j& V$ p* d5年后经济应该复苏有些时间了，好卖。

IF THE SAME CONDO CONDITION, YOUR RENT <= 1.5 * (COST OF CAPITAL + MAITAINANCE + CONDO FEE), YOU SHOULD BUY IT.
BUT IF YOU TAKE IT AS A INVESTMENT, THAT'S ANOTHER SONG. Totally different.
