Restricted Dogs

The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog: ! x" h* z! {; Z+ s9 \
8 o. Z: U* ]: ]& V( s# tThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw " N$ M: z% p4 q/ L
That has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw
+ P. k. e9 I7 p9 ~That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act
" J" x! g. m6 v4 sCertified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
