in the ocean near Brazil. Each of these oil fields has more oil than

cattle, turkey and chicken processing plant will soon sell their fat
; p2 [, R# ?2 Z+ z# v# ~# Rto bio-diesel producers. One pork processing plant in Oklahoma is
8 a y- T# z- Y2 Iproducing 30,000 gallons of bio-diesel per day from pork fat.

capture methane gas from landfills. This is a huge source of gas
( B( C, F6 c7 Wavailable at very little cost or risk. The gas is displacing crude
/ e- S* G* x" q1 \# Uoil. 0 c+ t( \# L. m6 V

9. Coal is being transformed into a clean burning liquid fuel. The CO2 : J1 N1 ^! q, T
produced as a byproduct is sold to oil companies for injection into 6 U( P9 K6 w% H# T. `! D
oil wells.

" m) T3 O: j- K g Z% i3 C10. Solar, wind and ocean energy is displacing oil as an energy

price of crude oil but the sum of all of them together is world
