You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. & d7 J7 u' b9 Q, K5 e

Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
