How long do you plan to live there? If for over two years, it is totally worth the investment. 5 X0 u( @% v. k

You can ask the manager if you are allowed to install a dish in the roof or some where. + C+ L3 m0 q! b) A: b9 a% v" W3 i. E& m4 h- L/ D* O) k+ Y& T8 R
But even if you are not allowed, there is still an option available. To use a tripod. Put the tripod whereever it is safe and secure, such as the the balcony or even the outside of your window. I noticed that there is a guy using a chair holding a dish in front of his yard. It should be safe. There are not many vandals here.
