! {( G0 ~. {; W8 D We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.

Duties:
2 `& o4 w/ ]) {  p/ K) U4 G2 v6 {/ d•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
. `! s9 c! S1 J7 i- M6 S4 H•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

) U5 m" C6 A9 f4 M! }  X& d! [Requirements:
: p7 X5 `% ]1 x•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
% [& }' m3 |/ Y  E) C" D* u" q•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
% h: V' Q! x4 \# e# g+ H•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
