0 a0 P% K% s" b7 t, n( P( O We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

+ _) n  {0 ]' y/ {/ c: tDuties:
! ?9 G, c8 T/ |) u6 x•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
3 I) @/ I: S) Y! N•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

Requirements:
•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
•        Degree in the area of human services;
$ I$ T  y0 R! s) q8 p; r; K# a•        Able to travel extensively ;
$ _- d- _7 J# @•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
5 a, ^3 u1 I5 V5 ^3 T* |" g•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
