 What to do if you are in a car accident

Step2. Determine if anyone is injured. Do not move an injured person.

Step4. If another vehicle is involved, get the car’s year, make, model

driver does not own the car, get the name of the car’s owner.

accepting money, you may give up your right to file a claim

Step9. Write an account of what happened: time of day, weather,
