           What to do if you are in a car accident

                ignition. Be careful when exiting your car.

Step2.        Determine if anyone is injured. Do not move an injured person.

                Report any injuries.

2 d. U( f8 L+ M, J' S: X" K; vStep4.        If another vehicle is involved, get the car’s year, make, model
                and license plate number; the driver’s name, address and license
4 c% r* N# k  M) x                number; and the name of his or her insurance company. If the
, G" O4 i7 B) h9 L% `# G% i& W                driver does not own the car, get the name of the car’s owner.
                Write down names and addresses of other passengers or
4 I6 U+ C+ n* d" l                witnesses. If you have a camera take pictures of the accident

Step5.        The police officer will give you a copy of the collision report.

! M, N  d: ~+ o4 x: ?1 `( x' `Step6.        Cooperate with the police, but do not admit guilt for the
                accident in any way. You may be required to show proof of
$ F2 S& w* F# ~                insurance, but do not reveal how much coverage you have.

Step7.        Do not accept any money the other driver may offer. By
, l/ |/ S# Z; Z# d  f                accepting money, you may give up your right to file a claim
                against the other driver, even if the damages turn out to be
                more extensive than you first thought.

, w8 F. V  T) f9 b6 ~Step8.        Do not agree to forget about a minor accident. You may see
+ W: L; t# [) ^: G5 j% b& n                later that there were hidden damages or injuries. The other
                person may even file a lawsuit against you.

Step9.        Write an account of what happened: time of day, weather,
                hazards, road conditions and driving speed. Draw a picture of
% B  K1 s( \4 \; f                the site, showing stop signs, signal lights, etc. Try to measure
) t8 N% A3 g7 O1 U                skid marks and determine the point of impact. Note any damage
" d, [' M: E: G/ M                already on other cars involved. If a camera is available, take
: Z1 W) n$ R0 u4 m$ w                pictures of the accident.

                company as soon as possible. Call a lawyer Bruce King, to discuss

如果你遇到了车祸该怎么办？

第一，       如果可能的话，把你的车停在一个安全，能看得见的地方，如果车不
                能移动，打开双闪警示灯。关掉发动机。当从车里出来的时候要小心

第二，       检查一下是否有人受伤。千万不要挪动一个受伤的人。

第三，        马上拔打电话911，报警和呼叫救护车（如果需要的话），报告受伤

第四，        如果另一辆车也卷入车祸中，要获得此车的年份，制造商，型号，
                汽车牌照号码，司机姓名，地址，驾照号码和他（或她）的保险公司
                名称。如果司机不是车主，要知道车主的姓名。记下其他乘客或目击
9 d6 m; }3 Z8 J2 ^; Z) s                证人的姓名地址。如果你有相机在身边，把车祸现场拍照。

第五，        警察会给一个撞车报告。

                险证明，但不要告知你保险的数额。

第八，        不要同意忘记一个小的车祸，你后来可能看到会有隐匿的损害或受
                伤。另一方人可能对你进行了起诉。

第九，        留下一个记录写明发生了什么，日期，天气，受到的伤害，路况和车
                速。画一个现场图，标明停牌，信号灯等。尽量测量出刹车线和查明
