At approximately 2:20 a.m. MT, the EPS responded to a call of shots fired at a silver Infiniti near a Whitemud Drive overpass at 170th Street.

+ Y* w0 r8 j4 r3 ]% P, v- dMeanwhile, one male is dead and another is in police custody after an altercation between two groups in an alley early Sunday morning, according to an EPS press release.3 D2 I3 r% D$ Y( C& q" ~! E1 J/ k
) E6 ]* e. p) C- dAt approximately 2:45 a.m. MT, officers spotted a vehicle being driven the wrong way on Gateway Boulevard near Whyte Avenue.

Upon stopping the car, the officers learned that one of the passengers, a 24-year-old male, was seriously injured.

He was taken to hospital, where he died of his injuries.

1 P* C/ ~ A0 G$ gThe three suspects were located by police immediately following the vehicle stop. A 32-year-old male is in custody and charges are pending.
