The pain of our loss is beyond anything we could

> and over again people tell us that they could never

" @9 L' l2 y" w3 f2 I  w) ~> depth of our loss. That is true. But we know of One
3 u' B4 w) h! z# x6 Z  v5 w> who does understand and
> feel our pain because He lost His son, too. It
% X- j1 ~3 i0 L: q> happened when God gave the
> sinless life of His son ant the cross to redeem
" L2 z2 h. x# x- p5 P& n8 l> sinful lives and to purchase
> forgiveness for us all. There days later, He raised
- L) I+ x% ~7 n> His son from the dead
> and conquered death. It is though this event where
> human history was
> intersected by divine grace and mercy that we have
> hope. This hope, that's
> what's sustaining us. It's not an idle wish, but a
' V: w( Z1 b& |7 w9 G> certainty based on the
$ ~* i, M. [+ x5 B# p. Q> promise of God. And this hope fills us with eager
> anticipation and a longing
> for the time when we shall be forever with the Lord.

> will ease the pain of our loss, as the Prince of
> Peace comes to our hearts
