Major Responsibilities:

3 A6 N8 A2 v- O$ ZGeneral administrative, clerical and operational support for the branch - broken down into the three categories below.
1 Y/ f2 j" b$ q
" z" A9 |- ~( u# D Z! O8 n2 ~+ H7 S; {Accounting and Admin:+ V6 @2 O0 z" [) t. ^6 H
o Assist with generating new S.O.s, W.O.s and P.O.s.
+ a. C$ V. ^1 T9 x' X0 Bo Close S.O.s and W.O.s, acquire P.O. from customer, cost and invoicing.
( d2 J" g) z8 `7 E" Do Receive P.O.s in Glovia.6 I! E4 y7 {6 j* @, z- j5 s6 \
o Timesheet data entry for Glovia and payroll, on a daily basis.+ x0 n3 v- f1 {- n* u' ~9 u4 [( k5 O
o Coordinate the processing of new employees with assistance from HR department.+ J- w2 a( B7 s* W- J9 [5 g) X* R9 B/ U
o Ensure new employees receive all necessary documentation, tools, equipment, uniforms, etc.' w/ O; `3 o0 T4 J2 s
o Forward supplier invoices and backup detail to A/P for processing.6 [6 m. e; Z. G+ ~, D5 b
o Assist with customer credit applications. Obtain completed customer credit applications and forward to Burlington/Edmonton for authorization.1 p8 X- ~. {: F; @( N* `
o Processing of Visa and/or MasterCard payments.

o Maintain a customer database for use by all branch staff.
0 Y& U6 _$ n1 M) Y& |o Input customer data into Goldmine (when Goldmine is implemented).
2 E% [0 L" Y- w% h ~o Health and safety administration, under the direction of Branch Manager/Supervisor and Safety officer.
% N4 ~0 |- B& P* `o Maintain service records and maintenance schedule for all company-owned vehicles.

+ i( L! ~5 h4 k* h+ ko Telephone and reception.
3 l6 v' o, U/ Y8 }- Uo Back up tapes, weekly, for branch server.. B8 l' M2 x* _; b
o Hotel and travel bookings.5 F. m( N, M+ S/ k9 \* Y% Z
o Maintain inventory of office supplies and replenish as necessary." F6 M9 R# D& n, V1 ]
o Co-ordinate any branch-wide Glovia & Internet problems, using local, Head Office and/or Client Support resources as required.' { N% \3 X4 v0 q, B& N) c+ X

• Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and written.
