本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

0 @- d/ F$ w4 ^! A8 V我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.
! B: C  p% D  _0 F; K& _
4 f5 L, M9 N1 ~# ~7 A, }因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
0 L+ q2 Y( L3 S( d! B% A8 r! H有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。
4 J! }& h, w, P3 P% ^. P$ [
请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？

我大学毕业已经有13年了，还能转学分吗？
